The College enjoys the benefit of a strong Ministry team, offering counselling and RE classes.

For Junior, Middle and Senior students, pastoral care is based on the class teacher. For secondary students, it is delivered through year group pastoral care tutoring.

On entry to the College, every student is linked to a member of staff, their "Tutor", who has oversight of a pastoral care group of boys and girls. Pastoral Care groups are small in numbers.

Each student is placed in one of four Houses. Houses are groups that perform pastoral leadership and developmental functions and which foster participation in the wider College community.

Career guidance will be handled formally through the work experience program and special lessons through Years 10-12 and informally throughout the College teaching network.

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AND WORSHIP

The College has an open enrolment policy, but students come on the understanding that they conform to the requirements of the College. This includes involvement in community worship and religious education programs.
